Conference ”The problems in theory and practice of the enforcement of decisions of courts and other authorities” 21-10-2013

On October 18-19, 2013, Tytych and partners Attorney corporation supported the holding of IV International scientific practical conference ”The problems in theory and practice of the enforcement of decisions of courts and other authorities”, which was conducted by the Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, the Central administrative board of justice in Khmelnytskyi region, European association of law schools and lawyers, the Insolvency Committee of Ukrainian Bar Association, Khmelnytskyi branch of Ukrainian Bar Association and Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners.

The participants of the Conference were the judges of local and appeal courts of different jurisdictions, the directors and employees of state enforcement authorities, well-known lawyers-scientists from the leading educational institutions of Ukraine and branch legal state institutions, the representatives of NGOs, attorneys and other professionals in the fields of economics, banking and law.
